What this site is, what you may do with it, and the limits eFreedom LLC places on it.
These terms apply to efreedom.com. The site is operated by eFreedom LLC. Using the site means you accept them.
Who we are
eFreedom LLC is a technology company in Silicon Valley, California. It has one product, ERIKA, an agent-native operating system, which is in development. Contact: info@efreedom.com.
What this site is
This is an informational site. It describes what the company is building and publishes research and writing about it. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, and nothing here creates a contract to supply a product. Statements about ERIKA describe work in progress and the direction of that work, not a specification of a shipping product.
The sign-up field on this site composes a message in your own mail application. Sending it asks us to email you when we ship something. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying or writing to the address above.
Acceptable use
Read the site, quote it with attribution, and link to it. Do not attempt to break it, do not scrape it in a way that degrades it for anyone else, and do not use it to impersonate the company or its people.
Intellectual property
The text, images, research and code published here belong to eFreedom LLC unless stated otherwise on the page. The eFreedom name and marks are ours. Quoting with attribution is fine. Republishing whole pages is not.
Links out
Where this site links to somewhere else, that site is not ours and these terms do not cover it.
No warranties
The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that it will be error free, or that anything described on it will ship on a particular date or in a particular form.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, eFreedom LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of California, and disputes belong to the state and federal courts in California.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
