eFreedom Customer Care is an inbound text message program. You text eFreedom first and a person replies. Nobody is texted who has not texted us.

The program

It works one way. You send a text message to +1 313-454-5837 with a support or customer care question, and we reply to that conversation. That is the whole program.

eFreedom does not text people who have not texted first. There is no list to join, no form here that collects a phone number, and no way to be enrolled by someone else. Your number reaches us only because you chose to send a message from it.

The messages you receive are replies in the conversation you started. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Stopping messages

Text STOP at any time to cancel. After texting STOP you will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages of any kind.

Text HELP for help, and you will receive the program name and how to reach us. You can also write to info@efreedom.com.

Texting STOP ends the text conversation only. It does not close a support request you raised by email, and it does not stop us replying by email if that is how you contacted us.

Your number

Your phone number and the messages you send are used to answer you. Nothing else.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging is carried for us by Telnyx, which transmits and delivers the messages. The full picture of what we hold and how to have it deleted is in the Privacy Policy.
